Sports Injuries

Staying physically fit is an important part of maintaining optimal health.  Unfortunately, with physical activity comes the risk of injury.  People often injure their necks and backs playing sports.  More commonly, though, the structures of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles are damaged.
